Front rooflines start at $800. Most Outer Banks homes run $1,200 to $2,500 for the season. Full displays with trees, wreaths and railings run $2,500 to $5,000.
Every price includes commercial LED lights cut to fit your house, timers, repairs through the season, January takedown and storage until next year.
Half holds your date, balance on install day. Book by 31 October and take 10% off.
Several homes under one owner or manager: 5% off at three, 10% off at five, 15% off at ten. One discount per booking, whichever is bigger. Returning customers pay less every year, because the lights are already cut to your house.
In person where we can, from your photos and the parcel where we cannot.
A fixed price for exactly what we agreed to light.
If we misjudged the roof, that is our problem. The only thing that changes a written price is you asking for more lights.
The first season carries the measuring, the cutting and the design. After that the lights already exist and already fit, so returning customers pay less for the same house. It is also why we store them rather than handing them back.
