A fixed price for a described scope. Usually two versions — a clean one and a bigger one — so you can pick.
If we misjudged the roof, that is our problem. The only thing that changes a written price is you asking for more lights.
The first season carries the measuring, the cutting and the design. After that the lights already exist and already fit, so returning customers pay less for the same house. It is also why we store them rather than handing them back.
